    yeah i think 50 is more consistant than Ja Rule, i.e 50 drops more good tracks more often. Ja only has the odd one then all his other tracks are really poor quality. sAfE.

    i think it comes down to the quality of your soundcard, as its that which generates and processes the sound. look at them huge mastering studios, thats what it takes to get that sound your lookin for. you cant really accomplish that with a mere PC. sAfE.

    a good soundcard would complete your setup. this will allow you to sample properly from the turntable, and it will also give you much better quality music from FL. as x said above, a MIDI controller would be good too. there is a way to hook up the turntable up to the monitors your already...

    can someone tell me what they think is meant by an 'in-house producer'? i thinks its a beat maker who a label signs to make tracks for only the emcees/singers on that label. how do they get paid? do they get a percentage of the records sold? sAfE.

    Formant your right, but pads are a little more easier to use when it comes to drum programming. when i make drum loops with keys i often hit keys which i dont wanna hit, and its harder to find a certain drum straight away when ya playing along. on pads its pretty simple. sAfE.
