Phantom 48v
So i got this new mic, and i need a pre amp to get it workin I haven't bought a pre amp yet, but i was looking to get a phantom 48v On the preamp it says Mic Input, and Mic Output... Does this mean I have to buy another mic cord? -
What's an excellent Mic to buy?
I need something that will give me that "studio quality" sound that I need to achieve, but something affordable. As long as the mic can offer solid sounding tracks, that I can push on a CD and sell... feel me? my price range is $50-$150... -

Recording Problem - Help please
Here's the situation: The programs I use to record are Cool Edit, and N Track. My sound card seems to be running fine. I use a Santa Cruz: Turtle Beach sound card. It is full duplex. But for some reason, N Track won't record, neither will Cool Edit. Well.... they won't record in...
